Why we built this
The form was never the hard part. The errand was.
We've spent our careers building software for industries that run on documents — insurance, intellectual property, law. The same thing is broken in all of them: the information already exists, but a human still has to re-type it into a PDF, and then physically move that PDF through the world.
AI finally solved the first half. Modern models can read your documents and fill a 20-page government form in under a minute, accurately, with an explanation for every field. But the second half — printing, notarizing, signing, certified mail, proof of delivery — stayed stuck in 1995. You could get a form filled in 30 seconds and still lose an afternoon sending it.
So we built both halves as one product. The AI does the typing. You review, correct, and sign. We handle the printer, the notary, the postage, and the paper trail. And because we remember your details, the second send is faster than the first, and the tenth is nearly instant.
That's it. That's the company. Official documents should take minutes, and you should have proof forever.
