About wellsent

Paperwork is a tax on doing things. We're cutting it.

Every year, people and small businesses lose entire days to the same ritual: find the form, decipher it, type into it, print it, hunt down a notary, stand in line at the post office, and hope. wellsent replaces that whole ritual with one flow that takes minutes.

Why we built this

The form was never the hard part. The errand was.

We've spent our careers building software for industries that run on documents — insurance, intellectual property, law. The same thing is broken in all of them: the information already exists, but a human still has to re-type it into a PDF, and then physically move that PDF through the world.

AI finally solved the first half. Modern models can read your documents and fill a 20-page government form in under a minute, accurately, with an explanation for every field. But the second half — printing, notarizing, signing, certified mail, proof of delivery — stayed stuck in 1995. You could get a form filled in 30 seconds and still lose an afternoon sending it.

So we built both halves as one product. The AI does the typing. You review, correct, and sign. We handle the printer, the notary, the postage, and the paper trail. And because we remember your details, the second send is faster than the first, and the tenth is nearly instant.

That's it. That's the company. Official documents should take minutes, and you should have proof forever.

How we work

Three rules we don't break.

RULE 01

You approve everything

AI drafts; humans decide. Nothing prints, mails, or gets sealed until you've reviewed it and said so. Every AI-filled field comes with an explanation of where the value came from.

RULE 02

Your data works only for you

What you upload is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train models. Export it or delete it whenever you want. The vault exists to save you typing — that's all.

RULE 03

Proof, permanently

A send you can't prove might as well not have happened. Every letter ships with tracking, and every record — document, timestamps, signatures — stays retrievable for as long as you need it.
